About Me

In February of 2011 I decided to become a vegetarian.  This blog is to share my journey, the highs and lows, and show you that eating vegetarian can be easy, fun and filling.

I am a stay at home mom to my two daughters.  The oldest is 10 and my youngest is 6.  You will hear about them from time to time.  🙂  I teach aerobics 3 days a week at the local Y and enjoy exercising and helping others to see their full potential at the gym.  I am also a runner and am currently training for my second 1/2 marathon.  I’ll be sure to keep you posted on how my training is going.  In my spare time I am the Health and Wellness Co-Chair for my kids school PTA.  I also try to clean the house, do dishes and make sure we all have clean clothes.  I know, it is very exciting!
